Do you supply banners with keder edging?

Currently, we do not offer banners finished with keder edging for use with aluminum sailtrack systems. Our banners are finished with traditional hems and grommets or pole pockets.

Do you supply double sided banners?

We manufacture single-sided banners only (printing on one side). To ensure the best opacity and finish, the reverse side of our vinyl material is black.

How accurate will the size of my Vinyl Banner be?

Because we use a Latex printing process that involves heat, the material can shrink or expand slightly. The final banner size can vary by approximately 2% from the dimensions ordered.

Important Note: We don't recommend printing "rulers" or specific measurements onto the banner as they won't be 100% accurate. Likewise, if you are trying to fit a banner into a precise existing frame, please keep this slight variance in mind.

Why are clear grommets better than the old metal grommets?

Clear grommets are the modern standard for high-end signage. Unlike old-fashioned metal grommets that can cut through your text or graphics and stand out awkwardly, clear grommets are nearly invisible. They allow the viewer to see right through to the design, providing a much cleaner, professional look. They are just as durable as metal but have the added benefit of being completely rust-proof.

How large can my Vinyl Banner be?

Our maximum production height for a single piece is 85” (this is reduced to 79” if you select pole pockets at the top and bottom). While we can print any width, we limit individual banner lengths to 394”.

Do the banners have a matte or gloss finish?

Our base vinyl material is white with a matte finish to keep glare to a minimum. However, the Latex ink we use has a satin finish, so any areas with printed graphics will have a slight, elegant sheen compared to the unprinted matte areas.

What size pole will fit into a 3 inch lay flat rod pocket?

For our standard 3” lay flat pole pockets, we recommend using a pole with a maximum diameter of 1.5”. This ensures enough "wiggle room" to slide the pole through without stretching the seams or damaging the vinyl.
