Do Yard Signs include Ground Spikes?

No. Yard Signs are supplied as printed corrugated plastic panels only. If you need ground spikes for installation, they can be purchased separately from our Ground Spikes page. Simply add both items to your cart before checkout.

What shapes can Signflute™ Yard Signs be cut into?

We offer a variety of custom cut convex shapes, including squares and rectangles, circles, triangles, and hexagons.

All shapes can also be produced with rounded corners. If you’d like curved edges, just let us know the radius you require.

Is there a size tolerance on cut Yard Signs?

Yes. While Yard Signs are commonly ordered in standard sizes such as 18", 24", 36", or 47", there may be a cutting tolerance of up to 3/8 inch. For example, a 47" sign may measure approximately 46 5/8". This variation is minimal and not noticeable once installed.

What corner radius do you recommend for rounded edges?

You’re welcome to choose any radius that suits your design. As a general guideline, we recommend a 1-inch radius, which provides a clean, professional finish without impacting the artwork.

How long do Signflute™ Yard Signs last?

Lifespan depends on environmental exposure. Thanks to our upgraded Signflute™ material and advanced printing process, outdoor durability has improved significantly.

Continuous outdoor use: approximately 15+ months, depending on UV exposure
Indoor use: several years with no noticeable degradation

Why do you use clear grommets instead of metal ones?

Clear grommets offer a cleaner, more modern look. Unlike traditional metal grommets, they don’t block or distract from your artwork and remain virtually invisible once installed. They’re also rust-proof, durable, and just as strong as metal alternatives.

How do I order custom-shaped Yard Signs?

To order signs cut to a custom shape simply select “Custom Contour” from the cutting options dropdown and upload artwork that includes a vector cut line, prepared according to our artwork guidelines.

What is the largest size my sign can be?

The maximum sheet size is 47” x 35” - however we can make any size sign you require by supplying multiple sheets.
