What is a "single-sided mirror reverse" print?
This means your design is printed on one side of the fabric. Because our 3.5 oz. SignWeave™ polyester is porous, the ink bleeds through to the other side. You will see the correct image and full color on the front, while the back will show a mirrored version of your design with slightly less color intensity.
What fabric do you use for these arches?
Our Arch Banners are manufactured using a high-grade 3.5 oz. SignWeave™ polyester. This specific textile is chosen for its durability and its ability to maintain a sharp, vibrant print while remaining light enough to catch the eye.
Why do the poles have a textured finish?
Our pole sets are engineered from high-strength fiberglass and finished with a durable black texture. Unlike polished or painted silver poles, this rugged finish is designed to withstand the wear and tear of both indoor and outdoor use. We stand by their quality with a 2-year warranty.
How long will the colors stay vibrant?
We use a dye-sublimation printing process, which fuses the ink directly into the fabric fibers for maximum brilliance.
Indoors: These flags will last indefinitely.
Outdoors: Longevity depends on UV exposure. Typically, you can expect 6 to 12 months of use before you notice fading. In extremely harsh, high-sun environments, fading may begin after 3 months. This is standard for all high-quality dye-sublimation flags in the US.
What is the pole sleeve and which color should I pick?
The sleeve is the 2-inch wide stretch-fabric pocket that holds the fiberglass pole. It is double-stitched to the edge of your flag for extra strength. We offer black or white sleeves. Most customers choose the color that best matches their background design for a seamless look, though it ultimately comes down to your personal style.
How do I get wrinkles out of the fabric?
For the best results, we recommend using a handheld steamer. If you must use an iron, use a warm (not hot) setting and place a thin pressing cloth between the iron and the polyester to protect the print.
Which Cross Base should I choose for my event?
Cross Base & Water Bag: A compact, chrome-plated base with four folding legs. When paired with our 22lb water bag, it offers great stability for standard use.
Premium Cross Base: This features heavy-duty, black powder-coated steel plates in an "X" configuration. It is 33" wide for superior stability on pavement. It also includes pre-drilled holes so you can stake it into grass for maximum security.
What is the difference between your Ground Spikes?
The Heavy Duty Ground Spike is longer and thicker than our standard model. It is designed for long-term outdoor installations or for use in softer soil where deeper penetration is needed for stability.
How heavy are the different base options?
Ground Stake: 2 lbs
Cross Base (alone): 7 lbs
Water Bag (filled): 22 lbs (2.6-gallon capacity)
Premium Cross Base: 8 lbs
Wall Brackets: 2 lbs
Heavy Duty Ground Spike: 3 lbs
Heavy Duty Water Base: 20 lbs
Heavy Duty Square Base: Available in 11 lbs, 15 lbs, or 22 lbs options.
Where should I place my Arch Banner?
To keep your banner looking its best, ensure it has enough "swing room." Avoid placing it near sharp fences, bushes, or building corners. If the fabric rubs against these objects—especially when swiveling in the wind—it can lead to premature fraying or tearing.
Will your bases work with poles I bought elsewhere?
While some poles are similar, we can only guarantee that our bases will fit and support our specific fiberglass pole sets.
Is a carry bag included?
We offer a dedicated carry bag as an optional add-on to keep your pole set organized and protected during transport. You can select this option in the "Carry Bag" dropdown menu when placing your order.
Do these banners comply with local county codes?
Zoning laws and signage regulations vary by county and city. We recommend checking with your local authorities regarding height limits, material requirements, or placement rules before completing your purchase.
