How long will it take to produce my order for Monsoon A-Frames?

We can produce your order in as little as 24 hours after artwork proof sign off:

< 12 units - 24 hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign off
< 24 units - 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if over $3300
< 36 units - 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
< 50 units - 4 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit

Is the Monsoon A-Frame and printed Banner waterproof?

Yes they are! The A-Frames and Vinyl or Vinyl Mesh Banners are waterproof.

Are the Monsoon A-Frames recommended for outdoor use?

The Monsoon A-Frames can be used outdoors however we don’t recommend using them if there are high winds or other conditions that can lead to it being blown away. You are able to help keep them stable by adding sandbags/waterbags/weights to the legs.

How does the Banner attach to the Monsoon A-Frame?

The printed Banner attaches to the frame with bungee cords that are placed around the frame and hooked into our clear grommets. This keeps the print taut and ensures there are no wrinkles in your designs.

Can I order a custom sized Banner?

​We currently only offer preset sizes available on the website.

Why are clear grommets better than the old metal grommets?

Clear grommets are the latest in grommet technology. The old metal grommets would block the graphic on your sign and be very noticeable - but you can see straight through the clear grommets. This allows you to see more of your graphic on the sign as the clear grommets are barely noticeable. The clear grommets are also just as strong as the metal grommets but will not rust. The signs look significantly better with the clear grommets.

What are the dimensions of the Monsoon A-Frames?

​The smaller Monsoon A-Frames are 42” W x 37” H x 42” D, and the larger size is 81” W x 37” H x 42” D.

How accurate will the size of my Monsoon Banner be?

Due to the heat produced during our Latex printing process, the final Banner size can vary up to approx. 2% from what is ordered.

As such, we don’t advise having Banners printed with measurements on them as these will not be 100% accurate, unfortunately.

Our Banners are also not recommended if you need to fit them into an existing frame or use specific grommet locations, as the size may be slightly out due to the heating process.

Do you supply banners with keder edging?

We do not offer banners finished with keder edging (for use with aluminum sailtrack)

I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

We do not charge for multiple artwork designs or extra set up fees.
