Can SEG Lightbox Display be used for outdoor displays?

We do not recommend using your SEG Lightbox Displays outdoors as they can get caught in the wind and will easily blow over. We suggest using these indoors only.

Can I order replacement fabric prints for the SEG Fabric Frames?

Yes, this is one of the benefits of the SEG frames! You can simply remove the existing fabric and insert the new fabric - it will only take a minute or two. It is an easy and low cost way of displaying different graphics on the same frame. Our replacement fabrics can be ordered by selecting this option in the pricing calculator on this web page. Please note, you will only receive the printed replacement fabric. The blank backing will only be supplied when you order a full kit. Why did I receive a blank back with my Single Sided Display?

For the SEG Lightbox Display to work correctly, it is important that both sides of the frame are closed to prevent light escaping. If you are only ordering a single sided print, you will still need to install the blank fabric on the reverse side of the frame to ensure your print pops vibrantly when the frame is on.

Can I use regular SEG Fabric with the Lightbox Display Frame?

Unfortunately you cannot use standard SEG fabrics with the Lightbox Display frame as the colors will appear faded and the lights will be visible through the frame. The SEG fabrics used on the Lightbox Display are made from a different material than the ones we produce for our standard EasySEG frames.

How do I attach the SEG fabric to my frame?

​This is a very easy and fast process. The fabric has a silicone edging sewn around the perimeter and the aluminum frame has a “slot” around the edge. You simply insert the silicone edging into the slot around the perimeter of the frame and your SEG Fabric Frame is ready!

What size is the silicone edge on the SEG Fabric?

The silicone edge is 13mm long x 3mm thick. It is designed to fit into a 4.5mm wide slot.

Can I wash my SEG™ fabric if it gets dirty?

Yes the high quality SignWeave™ polyester fabric can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle. You may be able to remove small marks using cold water with a damp sponge. The wet fabric should be dried in a shaded area
