The White Corrugated Cardboard is our most popular choice. Its bright white board features a smooth, semi-gloss exterior coating designed to make custom colors explode with high-definition vibrancy. It offers the best of both worlds with its brilliant outer print surface and a clean, non-glare matte interior finish.
What’s the difference between E Flute and B Flute board?
The key difference between E Flute and B Flute is flute density and thickness, which affects overall strength. E Flute has more flutes per square meter and a thinner profile, making it ideal for lighter items and compact packaging. B Flute has fewer flutes but is thicker and more rigid, allowing it to support heavier products.
What’s the difference between Custom Mailer Boxes and Flat Mailing Boxes?
Both products are made from white Kemi-coated corrugated cardboard—the main difference is their structure and intended use.
Flat Mailing Boxes are best suited for slim items such as stickers, photos, posters, and documents. These are produced using E Flute material.
Custom Printed Mailer Boxes are designed for a wider range of products, including promotional kits, craft items, and small business packaging. Depending on the size selected, they are available in either E Flute or B Flute and feature pre-cut locking tabs for fast, tool-free assembly—no tape or glue required.
How do I assemble the Custom Printed Mailer Boxes?
Mailer Boxes are supplied pre-creased for easy assembly. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the assembly guide available in the Downloads section on this page.
What finish does the inside of the Mailer Box have?
For the Kraft material, your Mailer Box will have a matte finish on both the inside and outside. If you select the White Corrugated Cardboard material, your Mailer Box will have a semi-gloss finish on the outside and a matte finish on the inside. How are the Custom Printed Mailer Boxes packed for shipping?
All Mailer Boxes are shipped flat-packed in a cardboard carton to prevent damage during transit and reduce shipping costs.
Do the listed box dimensions refer to internal or external measurements?
All listed dimensions refer to the external size of the assembled box. To ensure a proper fit, we recommend measuring your product and comparing it to the Internal Dimensions Chart available in the “Other Downloads” section.
Are Custom Printed Mailer Boxes suitable for shipping food?
Mailer Boxes may be used to ship food that is pre-packaged and sealed. They are not recommended for food items that will come into direct contact with the cardboard.
Do you offer any special printing finishes or embellishments?
No. We print directly onto the material using HP Latex inks and do not offer additional embellishments such as spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, or metallic finishes.
What is the print alignment tolerance for double-sided printing?
Front-to-back print alignment has a tolerance of approximately 4 mm, which is standard for digitally printed packaging.
Are Custom Printed Mailer Boxes waterproof?
No. These boxes are made from cardboard stock and are not waterproof. They should be kept dry during storage and shipping.
