Can I order a custom-sized paddle?

Our Auction Paddles only come in set sizes. If you require a specific shape or dimension, you can place your order through our PVC Signs page.

For best cutting results, artwork cutlines should avoid sharp corners or tight right angles. We recommend smooth, curved edges with a radius of at least 1" to ensure a clean and accurate finish. If you’re unsure about your cutlines, our team is happy to review your artwork before production.

What’s the difference between Posterboard and Foam PVC?

Choosing the right material depends on how and where your paddles will be used.

Posterboard is a rigid, cardboard-based material with a smooth surface that produces vibrant, full-color prints. It’s ideal for indoor auctions and single-use events where the paddles won’t be exposed to moisture.

Foam PVC is a lightweight yet durable plastic material with a more premium feel. It’s water-resistant, longer lasting and better suited for repeat use or events where extra durability is required.

Are the paddles printed on both sides?

You can choose either single-sided or double-sided printing. Double-sided printing is ideal when you want your branding or bidder numbers clearly visible from all angles.

Do the paddles come with handles?

Yes, each paddle is designed with an integrated handle for comfortable handheld use during live bidding.

Can I have different bidder numbers on each paddle?

Yes, we can print sequential or variable numbering for auctions. Simply provide your numbering requirements when placing your order.

Are Auction Paddles suitable for outdoor events?

Foam PVC paddles are suitable for short-term outdoor use due to their water-resistant properties. Posterboard paddles are recommended for indoor use only.
