How do I attach the SEG fabric to my frame?
This is a very easy and fast process. The fabric has a silicone edging sewn around the perimeter and the aluminum frame has a “slot” around the edge. You simply insert the silicone edging into the slot around the perimeter of the frame and your SEG Fabric Frame is ready!
What is the largest size you can supply the SEG Fabric?
The We can print the fabrics up to 157” x 118” in size.
What size is the silicone edge on the SEG Fabric?
The silicone edge is 13mm long x 3mm thick. It is designed to fit into a 4.5mm wide slot.
Can I wash my SEG Fabric if it gets dirty?
Yes the high quality SignWeave™ polyester fabric can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle. You may be able to remove small marks using cold water with a damp sponge. The wet fabric should be dried in a shaded area.
What printing process do you use for the SEG Fabric?
We use a Dye Sublimation process to print the SEG Fabric in full CMYK color. Dye Sublimation is a method that transfers your design from a paper film to the fabric using a heat press method. The ink is pressed into the fabric to provide you with a vibrant long lasting fabric banner.
Can I purchase a frame for my SEG Fabric?
You can purchase a frame for your Backlit SEG Fabrics on our Collapsible SEG Lightbox Displays and Modular SEG Lightbox Displays pages. We don’t supply frames for our Frontlit SEG Fabric, however they can be purchased from a number of other suppliers including Bannerbuzz, Banneronline, and Vivadads. As long as the frame can accept a 3mm thick x 13mm long silicon edge for the SEG Fabric to sit in, then the frame will work with our Frontlit SEG Fabric.

Will the design on the banner fade or rub off?
The SEG Fabric is printed using the latest state of the art dye sublimation process. The ink will last indefinitely indoors and will only fade when exposed to the sun for long periods. The ink locks into the fabric so is quite scratch resistant but care must be taken to avoid sharp objects that may tear the fabric.
How should the banner be stored?
We recommend that you ensure the banner is completely clean and dry, and then carefully folded for storage.
How do I remove creases from the SEG Fabric?
We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.
Can I wash and dry the SEG Fabric?
The SEG Fabric is suitable for use in a washing machine on a gentle cycle using cold water - but please avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Please do not place the fabric banner in a tumble dryer - only air dry the fabric banner and ensure it is completely dry before storing.
